CHINESE TRY A NEW METHOD PEIPING, China, Nov. 8 Spurred by an offer of 200 Chinese dollars for every Japanese soldier captured alive, Chinese guerillas today were reported spreading terror: among Japanese garrisons in north central China. Tens of thousands of Chinese soldiers have escaped enemy cordons around Wutaishan and have started attacking between the Great Wall and Peiping, Chinese travelers arriving from the interior said.
