PIMLICO TURF NOTES j V : It was reported that Spencer Tracy, screen and radio star, has an agent here to obtain racing material for racing on the West Coast. Joseph B. Boyle, general manager at Bowie, reports that reservations for box seats are arriving daily at the offices of the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association. Elmer Trueman reported that Toddle On, a starter in the Heiser Handicap at Pimlico on Mpnday, came but of the race with cuts about her legs. Trainer J. P. Smith reported that Slattern, a scheduled starter in the fourth race on Tuesday, was suffering from colic and per mission was granted for the withdrawal of the filly.
