1 NARRAGANSETT PARK NOTES s Tommy Haskos, acting for G. Stamson, has sold the five-year-old bay gelding, Yankee Skipper, to Frank Jenard. Haskos will train him. Harold Simmons and R. Crawford have raised a fund for Harry Trotzek, who was stricken with a ruptured appendix and who is now in Memorial Hospital, Pawtucket. The Rhode Island Handicap, in which War Admiral will make his first Narragan-sett appearance next Saturday, will be the sixth race on the program. The race has been set back from the usual feature spot, the fifth race, to enable visitors from a distance to witness the event. The race will be broadcast over many of the big networks. The horses will go to the post at about 3:45 and radio schedules have been arranged accordingly. The Rhode Island Handicap will be run as a 0,000 added event, unless Seabiscuit is also a starter, in which case the added money will be increased to 5,000.
