SHREVEP0RT TURF NOTES $ The two horses which Dave Hurn brought here from Hot Springs were Busse Trumpet and Port Girl. After the close here the horses will be returned to the Arkansas spa and rested until the meeting opens there. Jockeys C. W. Smith, T. Haley and A. Sylvester had their first mounts of the meeting Tuesday. Tom Brown, starter at the Shreveport track, is suffering with a. heavy cold, but is sticking to his duties.
