MOONEY ASKS COURTS REASON WASHINGTON, D. C. Nov. 8. Counsel for Tom Mooney, noted labor prisoner, upon filing a petition for rehearing in the United States Supreme Court, demanded that the court give its reasons for refusing to review the case. Recently the court refused to review a decision of the state supreme court of California, denying Mooney his freedom.
