SIGN FRENCH -GERMAN TREATY PARIS, France, Dec. 6. The epoch-making Franco-German treaty of amity was signed here today. The document by which Germany renounces all claim to Alsace-Lorraine in exchange for freedom of action in central Europe was signed by German foreign minister Joachim Von Ribbentrop and French foreign minister Georges Bonnet in a ceremony at the quay dorsay.
