FRISCH IN BASEBALL DEAL NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 6. The return of Frankie Frisch to baseball as a member of the Giants board of strategy was forecast today by a lengthy conference between the "Fordham Flash" and Bill Terry. Frisch had scarcely checked in at the Roosevelt Hotel before he hustled to Terrys suite, where they were later joined by Seymour Weiss, who now controls the New Orleans club of the Southern League. The managerial post here is vacant and Weiss inclusion ; in the conference gave further credence to reports that the Giants and Pelicans will work together this summer. Because of the three-way conference, speculation was twofold. Frisch might come to New Orleans as a Giant farm manager, and more likely that Frisch would take a coaching job at the Polo Grounds, leading to the transfer of ono of Terrys present aides, possibly Frank Sny- der, to New Orleans.
