ICKES STILL UNDECIDED WASHINGTON, D. C, Dec. 6. Secretary of the Interior Harold Ickes said today that he has not decided whether to run for mayor of Chicago, but added that "if I run, I wont walk." He made the remark after conferring at the White House with President Roosevelt. He discussed Public Works Administration affairs with Mr. Roosevelt.
