TEXAS SPORTS SCRIBES VISITORS NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 6. Andy Anderson, sports editor of the Houston Press; Dick Freeman, who holds down a similar position with the Houston Chronicle, and Bruce Layer, sports editor of the Houston Post, were among the scribes viewing the races at the Fair Grounds Monday afternoon. The Texans are in New Orleans for several days attending the annual convention of the minor leagues, now in session at the Hotel Roosevelt.
