ANDY KERR COMPLETES TEAM HAMILTON, N. Y., Dec. 9. Andy Kerr, Colgate grid mentor who is co-coach of the All-East football team which will meet the All-West eleven on January 2, has completed his selection of players. His latest choices are Walter Shinn, University of Pennsylvania tackle, and Dick Wehler, Temple center. Bernie Bierman, of Minnesota, will select a group of mid-western players.
