SORTEADO IN WIDENER CUP MIAMI. Fla., Dec. 9. Sorteado, which Charles S. Howard of San Francisco is bringing to this country from South America, is a nominee for the 0,000 added Widener Challenge Cup, along with Seabiscuit and Kayak II. Sorteado is a four-year-old bay colt, by Tre-siete Sentina, and was regarded as the best in that country, being a winner of the Derby and Grand Nacional as well as other important features. Other South Americans on the Widener list include Bing Crosbys and Linn Howards Ligaroti, which came within inches of beating Seabiscuit in California last summer; Olimpo, Comet n., and Don Mike; the Longchamps Stables Maraton, also considered a champion in his country before coming to the United States; Horace A. Luros Vino Puro, and A. E. Silvers Sargazo.
