LAMBERT AWARD TO CARNEGIE NEW YORK, N. Y., Dec. 9. The August V. Lambert Memorial Trophy, symbolical of the selection as outstanding football team of the East, has been awarded to Carnegie Tech. Grover Whalen, president of the Worlds Fair, presented the trophy to Bill Kern, Tech coach, at a dinner Wednesday night.
