STEVENS COMPANY TO BE HOST MIAMI, Fla., Dec. 9. Frank Stevens, president of the Harry M. Stevens Company, noted caterers, has announced that members of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners again will be guests of the firm at a buffet luncheon during the three-day convention, January 10, 11 and 12. As has been the annual custom, the commissioners will gather with the Stevens clan at noon on Thursday, January 12, in the Hialeah clubhouse. Stevens flew to Miami recently to inspect the arrangements being made for the opening of his various catering units at Hialeah Park,, which starts January 11. His son, Harry, also checked in and will remain in for the season to supervise Tropical and Hialeah eating departments.
