BAY MEADOWS HANDICAP SAN BRUNO, Calif., April 12. General manager Bill Kyne of Bay Meadows today announced that he would stage the Bay Meadows Handicap under the following conditions: The Bay Meadows Handicap, to be run May 13, for three-year-olds and upward, by subscription of 5 each, with 5 additional to start. Following conditions to govern the amount of the stake: In case all the following named horses start in the race the purse will be 2,000 added: Kayak II., Main Man, Specify, Whichcee and Roman Hero. If any three of the above start, the purse will be 0,000 added. Otherwise the purse will be ,000 added. Nominations close Saturday, May 6. Weights Wednesday, May 10. Starters to be named through the entry box the day before the race by the usual time of closing. Distance one and one-sixteenth miles.
