LOTT HORSES IN CONDITION LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 12. R. L. Lott, with seven horses owned by J. W. Mc-Clatchie, of California, arrived from Oak-lawn Park. The horses, quartered at Douglas Park, are Xenomay, Klister, Scotch High, Display Me, The Hare, Castleman and War Chaff. All of the thoroughbreds unloaded in good condition. Douglas West, a;i apprentice and native of Arkansas, is with the stable and will resume riding here. He is 19 years old and considered a likely saddle prospect
