LONDON, England, April 12 An Exchange Telegraph dispatch from Budapest, Hungary, said today, it was reported that King George of Greece signed a decree, under which a state of emergency for the entire Greek army will be declared. Ten classes of Greek reservists will be called to the colors, according to the report, which said the decree has not yet been published, but at present is in the hands of Premier Metaxas. SOFIA, Bulgaria, April 12. The government at Sofia today ordered immediate dissolution of the Bulgarian National Socialist Party. An official police communique claimed that the National Socialist organization was planning to "change the Bulgarian regime," and install another form of government.
