MANTON INDICTED AGAIN NEW YORK, N. Y., April 26.— A superseding conspiracy indictment, lumping into a single true bill all charges contained in three earlier indictments, was returned today against ex-Judge Martin T. Manton, who goes on trial May 22. The new indictment charged that the former circuit court justice employed William J. Fallon, who is in jail, to seek litigants who would pay to get their cases "fixed" in Mantons court.
