CAPTURE ESCAPED KILLER HENDERSON, Ky., April 26.— Paul Pierce, 30, who escaped from the Indiana state prison on February 20, where he was serving a life term for the murder of a policeman, was surprised while eating in a restaurant Monday night by six police officers and taken back to serve the remainder of his sentence.
