ADAMS SUFFOLK PRESIDENT Board of Directors Re-elected at a Meeting of Eastern Racing Associations Stockholders. BOSTON, Mass., April 26.— Charles F. Adams was elected president of the Eastern Racing Association, Inc., at a meeting of the board of directors, immediately following the annual meeting of the stockholders of the association today. John T. Lambert was elected executive vice-president and, with V. C. Bruce Wetmore and Adams, was elected to the executive committee. At the stockholders meeting, the present directors were reelected and to their list was added the name of Mrs. Frances Tomasello, widow of the late Joseph E. Tomasello, one of the original directors. Directors reelected were Adams, Wetmore, Lambert, Arthur C. Wise, William J. McDonald, Charles F. Cotter and Charles H. Innes. Wetmore was reelected treasurer. Assistant treasurers reelected were A. E. Legg and Willard H. Stevens. Innes was reelected clerk of the corporation. Three vice-presidents also were chosen at the meeting of the directors to include Wise, Earle F. Gibson and Frank E. M. South.
