INSPECT DERBY CANDIDATE LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 26.— Mrs. Bessie Franzheim and her mother, Mrs. Edward F. Simms, arc in Kentucky to remain until after the running of the Kentucky Derby, in which Mrs. Franzheim will be represented by Xalapa Clown. They motored here from Houston, where Mrs. Franzheim, wife of a nationally prominent architect, makes her home. After inspecting Xalapa Clown and other of the horses trained by A. C. Dett-wiler, they proceeded to Xalapa Farm in Bourbon County. The farm is owned by Mrs. Simms, and that is where Xalapa Clown and other horses in the stable were bred and raised. e
