BEULAH PARK RULINGS COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 2.— The following rulings were issued today by the Beulah Park stewards: H. Weiner, trainer, fined 5 for causing a disturbance in the paddock before the fourth race yesterday. W. Mc-Cabe was fined 0 for reporting more than five pounds overweight on Mr. Quick.
