1 HAVRE DE GRACE NOTES | $ -4 Jockey D. Taylor was suspended by the stewards pending further investigation, for conduct detrimental to the best interest of racing. Jack Skinner, trainer of the Rokeby Stable, brought ten jumpers into Pimlico to take part in the steeplechase events through the meeting. Jockey E. Roberts accompanied the shipment and will ride. The horses of A. S. Hewitt, including Or-cades, were shipped to the grounds of the Maryland Jockey Club by trainer P. C. Randolph. Compilation of nominations for the stakes to be run during the meeting of the Delaware Steeplechase and Race Association are being drafted and they will be released shortly by J. P. Turner, Sr. Rigan McKinney, leading amateur rider, has joined the T. Hitchcock stable at Pimlico. R. E. Potts, trainer of the Bomar Stable, was advised that his employers, Peter A. Markey and C. B. Bohn, owners of the stable, -would be -on hand for the meeting of the Maryland Jockey Club, beginning Monday. Jockey M. Peters has given a call on his services to the W. E. Boeing stable for the Pimlico meeting.
