! j BELGIUM GETS DUTCH LOAN BRUSSELS, Belgium, May 8— Finance Minister Camille Gutt told the .cabinet he has negotiated for a 35,000,000-guilder loan about 8,697,000 with a Netherlands group of bankers to refund a loan "which the government made a year ago with the same bankers. The loan bears interest at 4.49 per cent and will be refunded in guilders or dollars.
