| ANNOUNCE LANCASTER DATES f COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 8.— Dates for the annual mid-summer meeting at Lancaster, Ohio, were announced today by Robert J. Dienst, president and general manager of the Lancaster Racing Association. A nine-day meeting will be held from June 24 to July 4, inclusive. The racing officials will be announced in a few days, and as usual the purses will range from 00 to 00. Lancaster boasts one of the finest half-mile racing tracks in the state of Ohio, and each year since the sport was inaugurated at the beautiful little racing plant, it is becoming more popular.
