DISMISS 5,000 DODD SUIT FREDERICKSBURG, Va., May 8.— The 5,000 damage suit against Dr. William E. Dodd, former ambassador to Germany, was dismissed Saturday by Judge Frederick Coleman. The suit was entered on behalf of Glois Grimes, who was injured by Dr. Dodds automobile last December. Dodds insurance company gave ,500 as a compromise payment.
