FROST FELLOWSHIP WINNER CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 13— Robert Frost, who has won the Pulitzer prize in poetry three different times, has been awarded the first Ralph Waldo Emerson fellowship in poetry at Harvard University. The purpose of the fellowship is to permit distinguished poets to meet informally with students and possibly conduct formal classes.
