CHAIR FOR 1928 KILLER Steven Cygan, 35, who killed Policeman John Chiska back in 1928, was sentenced to die in the electric chair for his crime. The sentence, was imposed by Judge Stanton. Cygan, who with a fellow confederate shot Policeman Chiska when he stopped him as the pair entered a jewelry store for a robbery, was not apprehended for -*he crime until he was given his release from a Michigan penitentiary. • " • •• •-
