ARSENIC RING INVESTIGATION PHILADELPHIA, Pa., May 13.— Philadelphias arsenic ring investigation today moved to Brooklyn when Detective Sergeant James Kelly and members of his homicide squad left for that city, where four deaths are suspected to have been engineered by master minds of the infamous five-state syndicate. Shrouding their movements in secrecy, the officers departed shortly after scheduled hearings for Morris Bolber, 45, former Brooklyn grocer, and" David Brandt, ex-veterinary student, were postponed suddenly.
