Royden Stops Over Here ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 28. Norris Royden who serves as racing secretary at Golden Gate Fields and Bay Meadows, was a visitor here today. He is en route to Randall Park, where he will serve as presiding steward during the 44-day meeting there. Royden, a former columnist of Daily Racing Form, was formerly associated with the Arlington Park Jockey Club as steward and public relations director.
