New York Horsemen Interested in Picou AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 28. Several New York horsemen have expressed an interest in the apprentice C. Picou, who is at present riding in sensational fashion at Narragansett Park, but who is slated to leave lor Randall Park this week. The Texas youth, 16 years of age, rode his first winner at the Fair Grounds, New Orleans, on January 13. Reports from emissaries, who visited the Rhode Island track to watch the youngster, reported back to their principals that the youngster shapes up well and appears capable of fighting off weight for the next c few years.
