Colorado Futurity Expected To Gross Over 0,000 LITTLETON, Colo., May 26.— One of the richest stake events of the coming meeting which opens June .30, is the second running of the Colorado Futurity. Fifty-seven second payments have already been made, and the gross value is now ,880. The race carries an added value of ,000 and should easily run to 0,000 by race day. Last year the Colorado Futurity had a gross value of ,650 with ,000 being .added value. The starting fee this year has been increased to 00 -which is 0 more than last year. A number of stables have nominated more than one hopeful. Included in this group, and heading the list is Mark Cox m., of Cheyenne, Wyo., who has made the second payment on three sons of San Luis Rey. Frank P. Mackey of Billings, Mont., nominated three head also, two by Magic Hour, and the other by Judys Beau. Stables who have nominated two youngsters include: Cantu and Espinoza, of Manassa, Colo.; I. Handleman, of Sterling, * Colo.; G. I. Martin, of Albuquerque, N. M.; C. S. Milroy of North Platte, Nebr., and H. R. Talmage, of Tucson, Ariz.
