Mail Out Empire Stake Blanks BELMONT PARK, EHmont, L. I., N. Y., May 26. — Luke OBrien is advising all and sundry that the Empire City Racing Association is mailing stakes blanks on Tuesday for three of its stakes which close on June 15. They are the 0,000 Wakefield Stakes for two-year-olds at six furlongs, July 16, the 0,000 Fleetwing Handicap, for three-year-olds and upward at the same distance, July 18, and the 5,000 Questionnaire Handicap, also for three and upward at a mile and 4 sixteenth, July .21.
