She eh an Set to Don Silks WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 26. — Newest addition to the local riders colony is James Sheehan, of Louisville, Ky. The diminutive saddlemite, who-is under contract to Jake Lowenstein, previously galloped horses for Harry Trotsek for several years. The lad currently scales 100 pounds and he is pronounced a real comer by Lowenstein and other veteran horsemen. Charles Lowenstein, agent for jockey Harold Allgaier, also will handle Sheehans engagement book.
