CRYSTAL PASS assumed command in the stretch after forcing the pace from the beginning, but had to be hard driven to forestall the closing challenge of BOSS H. The latter improved his position rapidly on the outside after leaving the half-mile pole and was pressing the winner at the finish. GAY COURIER, racing on the outside, made a mild bid rounding the turn, but loss of ground may have impaired his chances. MIGHTY MASTER showed an excellent effort. RAY OSULLIVAN quit badly after setting the pace for three-quarters. Gay Courier claimed by River Divide Far»" Attendance, 10,282; Total Mutuel Pool, 93,493.
