Hartsfields error came on a double play y ball. With Brown on second and Del Wil- 1- ber on first, pinch batter Eddie Pellagrini ii rapped to Bob Elliott whose throw to Hartsfield forced Wilber. Brown rounded third on the force and £ Hartsfield chose to catch him on the line. But his throw went past Walker Cooper and Brown ambled home with the winning i run- Jim Konstanty, in relief for Russ Meyer, I was the winner, and Warren Spahn, also jo performing in a relief role, was the loser. r.
