Kill New Hampshire Bill CONCORD, N. H., June 28.— The Hous yesterday killed a bill which would have boosted the pari-mutuel tax at Rockingham Park horse race track by one-half ol 1 per cent. The bill would have boosted the tax to 12 per cent and brought in an estimated 00,000 yearly in new revenue. The Ways and Means Committee had recommended rejection and the House upheld this stand, 199 to 156.
