Polo Park Rulings WINNIPEG, Man., June 28.— The stewards . of the Polo Park spring meeting I issued the following rulings under date of f June 25: "For uttering derogatory remarks regarding . a jockey, owner and trainer Hugh Hale e is fined the sum of 0. "For crowding horses at the start* of the e fourth race this day and failing to give e Wee Meadows racing room during the e stretch run, jockey John Craigmyle, is s suspended for five racing days commencing y June 27, 1951."
