Prominence in Short Time The Little Brown Jug, worlds richest race for pacers, is only seven years old. It was instituted by two Delaware, Ohio, horsemen, "Joe Neville and Hank Thompson, who never dreamed the purse would hit 6,000 as it did in 1951.
