Little Request Establishes Hollywood Park Track Record HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood, Calif., May 23. Hollywood Park has a new track record and very nearly a worlds mark for five furlongs when Joseph Palmisanos Little Request ran away with yesterdays race. The two-year-old son of Requested and Little Wichita ran the distance in :51Vs to fall a fifth of a second short of the worlds mark that Encantadora established last August at Centennial. Little Requests time was the fastest ever recorded by a two-year-old. Little Request, who cost 0,500 at the Keeneland sales last summer, jumped to the front son after the start quickly opened a big lead and was under restraint as he raced under the wire five lengths in front of the second horse, Decorated. Reighmus Fizz was third.
