Villemain-Olson Match Postponed to July 12 NEW YORK, N. Y., June 17 UP.— George Kantor, American representative for French boxer Robert Villemain, said today that Villemains bout at San Fran- Cisco with Carl Olson would be postponed from June 28 to July 12 to allow a minor eye cut plenty of time to heal. "Three stitches were taken above the left eye," Kantor explained, "but it was not a serious cut. At first the doctor said it needed no stitches, but then it was decided to make sure the eye would be fully healed for the Olson bout, so the stitches were taken. "Aside from this minor cut, suffered when the men bumped heads, Villemain came out in very good shape, and certainly will be ready for Olson."
