Mullaney Observes Birthday AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Neb., June 17.— Charley Mullaney, prominent Omaha and West Coast racing official, celebrated his forty-first birthday yesterday. Mullaney, who has served as placing and paddock judge here for the past several years, was the recipient of congratulations from fellow officials.
