Jockey Jewell Grounded SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 17. — The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Jockey William Jewell is suspended 10 racing days June 18 to June 28, inclusive, for interfering with Sweet Sigrid on the turn in the fifth race, on June 16."
