Regret Handicap Outlook Is For Ten-Horse Field Sickles Image Early Choice for Saturdays Monmouth Park Stake MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 17. — Next Saturdays running of the 5,000 Regret Handicap is shaping up as a wide open event as the probable starting line-up gradually takes form. The recent arrival of Clarence Hartwicks stakes-win- -ning filly, Sickles Image, assures the top- weighted daughter of Sickletoy post-time favoritism by virtue of two important wins earlier this year.
