Sends Out Three; Receives Trio DETROIT, Mich.. June 23.— Willard L. Proctor reported that he shipped E. H. j Moodys Gates Mills, Riot and Angle Bar to Fairmount Park for campaigning at the southern Illinois course. In return, Proctor took up Mr. Dink. Blue Miss and Nancy Pate, adding the trio to his local string after they vanned here from the Collins-ville track.
