Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form BOSTON, Mass., June 23. — The Massachusetts State Racing Commission today announced the following ruling: "The suspension of jockey W. Jewell as voted by the stewards of the Suffolk Downs meeting and referred to this commission for action will terminate at the close of racing Saturday, June 28th, 1952."
