Lansdowne Ruling LANSDOWNE PARK, Vancouver. B. C, June 23. — The stewards released the following ruling: "For failure to bring his. horse, Miracle Bells, to the paddock for the fourth race on June 18, trainer R. Munro was fined 5 by the stewards."
