1 . Greenfield Closes Thursday DETROIT. Mich., June 23.— Entries for the ,000 Greenfield Handicap, six furlongs for three-year-olds and older, will close Thursday, June 26. The Greenfield is to serve as one of the feature attractions on the Saturday, June 28 card at the local oval and racing secretary-handicapper Charles McLennan expects a shifty field to contest the week-end sprint.
