r - is s _ ,r I . ,r e ,r a a n 48 3 to 0 Rider and Two Trainers Fined by Ak-Sar-Ben Stewards AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 23. — The following rulings were issued by the stewards Saturday: "Jockey Ellis Gray is fined 5.00 for misuse of his badge privilege. "For failure to accompany his horse, Eternal Gun, winner of the third race on Friday, June 20, 1952, to the veterinarian testing room, trainer Earl McDonald is fined 5.00. "For making frivolous statements to the stewards and conduct unbecoming a trainer, following the running of the second race on Friday, June 20, 1952, trainer E. T. Almack is fined 5.00."
