Tournay French Chase Winner ,r PARIS, France, June 23 Reuters. — — Tournay, by Troon-Quatraine yesterday ly won the Grand Steeplechase de Paris-French Grand National. Over the four-mile r- course, he beat Farfades by a short rt head in a photo finish with Bank Rate, e, third a length and half behind the runner-up. r- Farfades led until a few yards from m the finish in the 4,000 race when Tournay r- forged to the front to gain the decision.
