Landys five-year-old handicap star, is among the early nom- . inations received for the 5,000 added Hawthorne Gold Cup. Spur On already is in quarters at Hawthorne awaiting the opening of the Lincoln Fields meeting at [ that point Monday. Yesterday morning he breezed a good six furlongs in 1 : 16.
